The downstairs was originally intended to become an apartment, so you’ll also find tools, building materials, appliances, and other items stored for that project.

Due to the logistics of this auction and preparation for our next event, shipping will be limited to smaller, reasonably sized items.

The upstairs of the home was pet-friendly. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
